Where are you based?

I mostly work from my home office in South Wales, or from co-working spaces across Caerphilly, Cardiff and Pontypridd. However, due to the nature of my work – I can work from anywhere! I’ve worked from Cairo, Chiang Mai, Lisbon and just about anywhere with WiFi!

How much does a new website cost?

Unfortunately this question is as difficult to answer as ‘How long is a piece of string?‘

It’s really difficult to give a precise figure without scoping your project properly.

Modern websites vary greatly in terms of features and functionality, so the price does vary according to your requirements.

The base cost for all WordPress websites is £1750, with e-commerce, membership, training and more complex sites generally starting at £4500.

Can you help me with my non-WordPress website?

Yes. However the backup, security, plugin and theme updates are WordPress-specific.

If your website is built with Shopify, SquareSpace, Umbraco, Magento, Wix, static HTML, React, or any other static site please get in touch to discuss how I can support you and your website.

Can you help me migrate my site and/or move hosts?

Yes, please get in touch to discuss your requirements and I will sent you a quote.

Can you share the URLs of your monetised websites?

Sadly not. I can’t share the URLs, nor the keywords that I rely on to pay my bills and feed myself.

Unfortunately, there’s a lot of competition in the affiliate marketing world. The general rule is that if you’ve struck gold with a keyword, it’s best practice to keep it to yourself.

However, I am launching a case study website to demonstrate to my readers how these sites get launched and how they grow. I will be sharing the URLs to these sites with my subscribers. If you’re interested to see how this goes, subscribe to my mailing list or follow me on Twitter.

I’ve attended one of your online courses, can I watch the replay?

Usually yes, although it does depend on who commissioned the course and whether they’ve made the replay available.

However, I may not have access to the replay myself, so you should contact the course or event organiser in the first instance.

I need help with my website RIGHT NOW! It’s an emergency!

Stay calm and get in touch. Please don’t panic, there’s nothing in WordPress that can’t be fixed or restored!

Even if you don’t have a maintenance package, or your package doesn’t include support time, please do get in touch anyway as I may still be able to help without you incurring additional fees (depending on the nature of your issue).

Emergency support is dependent upon availability but I will always do my best to prioritise a serious issue.
