What is Google Tag Manager?

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a free tool that lets you manage all your tracking tags – analytics, ads, pixels and more – from one place, without having to edit your website’s code each time.

What’s the difference between GA4 and the old Universal Analytics?

GA4 is Google’s current analytics platform. It’s event-based rather than session-based, works across web and app, and is the version you need to be on now that Universal Analytics has been retired.

Can you track specific actions on my site?

Yes. I set up custom event tracking for the actions that matter to you – form submissions, button and link clicks, file downloads, video engagement, scroll depth and more.

Can you track ecommerce sales?

Yes. I implement full ecommerce tracking so you can follow the whole journey – product views, add-to-carts, checkouts and purchases – with revenue attributed to the channels that earned it.

Is analytics tracking GDPR-compliant?

It can be. I configure tracking to work with your cookie consent banner and Google Consent Mode, so data is only collected in line with your visitors’ choices.
